After the recent burst water main the section of the road damaged in Mandella Street is now being resurfaced. Traffic is reduced to a single lane in Mandella Street. Stradmore Avenue is closed where Stradmore Avenue joins Mandella Street, at the Hawtin Street end. Expect delays. Parents using Mandella Street to pick up children from Templestowe Park Primary School will more than likely result in delays with the increase of traffic expected around 3pm.
