Just went through the roundabout Williamsons Road, Porter Street and Fitzsimons Lane Templestowe. The roundabout is blocked heading west along Porter Street and going from Williamsons Road to Fitzsimons Lane heading from Templestowe to Eltham, only one lane is open.
The road was being excavated and there was water on the road, so I suspect a broken water main. The traffic was light so I was able to get through the roundabout twice without much problem. Traffic might build up in Williamsons Road south of the roundabout as time goes on. Might be worth avoiding the roundabout if you can.
