Tonight at around 7pm a Smartbus was travelling at under 40kmh an hour along Fitzsimons Lane going from Templestowe to Eltham.
The bis didn't have hazard lights on and didn't appear to be in trouble. There wasn't any cars in front.
Hopefully the bus wasn't travelling slow just to adjust to the timetable as it was certainly blocking the traffic behind.
