MANNINGHAM Mayor Charles Pick has quashed suggestions Ruffey Lake Park could be restricted to an on-lead-only park.

ALMOST $36.5 million has been earmarked for fixing and building up Manningham in the next year, with the Doncaster Community Hub given the largest slice of the council's draft budget.
